Why didn't you revert to draft?

whats my status now after deleting all tools ,only 3 things left combo,config ,proxy so i request again i receive same message from adsense. so i thing it clear targeting combo seems like the main reason here to get reject i am going to delete everything now and take a backup of everything maybe so there will be no cracking tool, combo, config ,proxy i will make the blog simple title on something once it get approved i will bring everything back now.

Yes i revert to draft only now , but cracking tools i delete it. now everything revert to draft only.check the blog and tell how all title now if you find any illegal than inform me or any things againsts policy . right now only 3 post . i added ebooks i donot thinks so providing ebooks is against there policy.
