As long as you comply with their terms, you'll obviously be fine.
it was just a luck they approved on my friend adsense that i am using and for mew adsense today i got same message of breaking policy rules.even i removed moded app and accounts now . i think it just a luck they approved my site . i am changing now.
They seem to be quite Inconsistent with what they do/do not allow.
Keep It simple and once It's approved, stick with what you've got.

CPALead has banners, pages, all ready waiting for that click to monetize.

We had to stop using Adsense years ago. Too many content restrictions and bad payouts. We run ads independently now, since there's no restrictions and better pay.

That sucks. I suggest you start looking for other ad providers. How much do you earn on average with adsense anyway?

No, you've put too much time and effort to let It go to waste.
Either Identify and remove the content that's being flagged, or better still, opt for another advertising provider.
