I actually have It hosted on my blog, so I've PM'd you the link.
It's obviously not my tool, so be sure to execute It In a controlled environment- VM, Sandboxie and the like.

As an added layer of protection, you can run Sandboxie In the VM and execute everything In Sandboxie Itself.
