happen to have any serials for wired mice? im kinda old school i guess but i prefer it and the side buttons on mine became unresponsive today

I see that the issue still persist, kindly carry the complete product along with the purchase invoice and visit the place of purchase for warranty validation. I’m sure they will be able to provide you a resolution at the earliest.

If there is no service provided in the place of purchase of your product, I kindly request you to get a denial of service letter from the place of purchase
