She wouldn't involved at all because she isn't there.

Just because she Isn't physically there, doesn't mean that she wouldn't be Involved.

As the owner of the property and on the grounds that an Investigation Is opened, she may well and truly be contacted to establish why the package was not received. Moreover, carriers are known to door knock at the premises In question.

Thank you a lot for your help Smile i understand what you said and you are right. In your opinion in this case what was the best method to pull off this SE?

You're welcome.

Here's a breakdown In terms of the commonly used methods against the Item.
* Too big to box (obviously).
* Too heavy for a partial/missing Item.
* Wrong Item received will require too much effect to match the volume & weight.

As such, the DNA Is the only method with a significant chance of a successful outcome.

I agree that the only way it's the DNA. I was asking what do you think is need it to pull a good DNA. Because never done a DNA.

Offtopic: Can you give me some tips for the wrong item? Do i really need to swap the package all together or just what's inside of it ?

Thank you once again

There are a number of factors to consider, such as whether a signature Is required on receipt of the package, If the carrier takes photos at the drop-off point (on the grounds that a signature Is not available) and so forth.  For the DNA to succeed, having knowledge of these Is paramount.

Do note that a package that's marked as delivered, Is by no means an Indication that you personally received It. An example Is using a fake signature- anyone other than yourself, could've signed and accepted the package.

It's good practice to purchase a significantly cheaper Item, by using a completely different account and delivered to a different address from the "same company" that you're SEing.

When they request the return (of the wrong Item), If they scan It, they'll see It's part of their Inventory and assume that they did In fact pick, pack and dispatch It. A refund/replacement will be Issued thereafter.

They're both much of a muchness, and equally effective If your SE Is formulated and executed accordingly.

That said, If the "box" (Inclusive of Its Item) Is extremely small such as a single Ram stick, then you'd claim that the entire contents were missing. That Is, you've received an empty package.

Thanks for the detailed answer.
I think i will leave the chair for SE it's a big of an item.

I will move toward an high end ryzen CPU 3900x or 3950x. The CPU itself shouldn't weight more then 100Gr. It's doable because of the weight saying that the item is missing ? Or better just wrong item?

100 grams Is the maximum weight for the missing Item method. That's provided they cross-check the consignment with the carrier.

Either method will work, but to be on the safe side, I'd personally opt for the wrong Item received.

Confirming again on the amazon page, the product weight is 45,4 g? That's fine for the missing item?

Yes, It's fine.

It's almost the same weight as AirPods, of which they have a good success rate with the missing Item method.
