Its a K95 RGB Platinum keyboard. The weight is 2.92 pounds. The dimensions are 18.3 x 6.7 x 1.4 inches. Shipping weight 5.55 pounds.
I telled them that it was not respondning when I pressed the keys.

Although you don't have the Item, If complying with their request to (seemingly) send It back, It's obviously too big and too heavy to box so that's out of the question.
I suggest contacting them again and speak to a different representative. If asked to send the Item back, say that you've disposed of It, due to not having the need to keep a nonfunctional keyboard.

A little update. Got a RMA. They want the old one first. Just going to tell them I sent it back and hope for the best.
