If you say that you've disposed of the keyboard, how Is It possible to take a pic?
I'm gonna say I took the picture and then threw it away
I suppose that could work.
Send the picture first without any form of communication and when they ask for the video, only then tell them that you've disposed of the keyboard, namely for the fact of not having the need to keep a nonfunctional Item.

They're asking a pic containing a ticket number next to the keyboard and a video which contains cutting the wire, I think I'm gomma send them a pic and say I misunderstood and already threw the keyboard out
