How long does it usually take for the whole DNA process to complete?
Also, once the product's been received can I set it up immediately or do I need to wait a couple days?

If an Investigation Is opened, It will (obviously) take longer than processing a claim under normal circumstances.

If you wait, It's questionable as to why you didn't take action there and then.
