Just some details to match, they filled in 2 or 3 boxes, i didnt get a clear look, provided driving license. They provide internet connection and tv provider, not 'virgin' but close. They didnt get a picture or copy. I waited a good 2 weeks before i got the item, so i would think they are probably running low on stock or just stock low quantity, cant say for sure. The item is what you consider not android so quite high value. This Is getting a little messy, we need to work out a method. What's the weight and dimensions of the Item? In terms of your driver's license, given they did not document the details, they have no grounds to solidify It as proof of ID. As such, as far as you're concerned, It wasn't "you" who received the package hence the DNA method will work. If they've documented the details of your ID, It'll be quite difficult to use the DNA method. It's too heavy for the missing Item method, and boxing requires a weight substitute (example, dry Ice). As such, you can opt for the wrong Item received method. Just a few cm higher than the items dimensions. Correct. However there's no need to seal It. You've already checked that It wasn't the Item that you've ordered, hence sealing It (as per It's original state) Indicates that the contents haven't been opened. As such, when they scan the returned (wrong) Item, It will show as being part of their Inventory.
