Edit: I can also guarantee that it, it will work 100%. There's a couple requirements I'd suggest.

RE: Asos UK - Rarekind - 11-01-2019

I know a lot of the processes here and it's really shit on the customer to be honest. Thinking about it I'll let you know a way to do it but, I think I'm going to create a thread on the others.

So for starters this is just for your knowledge to keep in mind, there is a percentage for each process where customer's issues are an average. Anything quite a bit above this will be looked into however, this is more along the lines say you order 4 times and all 4 is the same process (The one I'm going to tell you) it will eventually be picked up and they will block your account and you won't be able to shop with them. As far as anything beyond this, I've never experienced anything, so really there is no worry from my experience. - This percentage I don't know for a fact but, from experience it is the same number for each process.

This process is simple it is contacting and explaining that an item is missing from your order. All you need to do is indicate immediately that you'd like a refund or if you want multiple pairs a replacement. This is very simple, it doesn't matter how many items, the weight, none of that all you need to do is as soon as it's delivered contact them on their live chat and say that you're missing x y z from your order. Pay for the cheapest item or whatever you feel comfortable paying for if thats more than one so 2, 3 or 4 if their socks and little bits pay for them and explain in your message that you've not received whatever you don't want to pay for (Give them the full name of the products). The simpler the message the easier, you can literally just say:

"Hello I've just received my order and im missing quite a few items, (Probe a question) e.g. are they being sent in multiple packages?. I've not received (list items). If they've not been sent please can I just get a (refund or replacement).

They might respond to your probing question but, you know they've issued you a refund/replacement if they say they're going to pass you over to a specialist team and you'll hear from them in 24 hours. This means either your replacement email or refund email will be sent to your email which you registered with ASOS stating whatever you asked for.

If you're using an account which has a lot of errors, I'd say there's a 70% chance this will work. However, if not this will 100% work I can guarantee this for you. There are way's to get the whole order free and I'm thinking it might be a good idea to sell these as suggested by a friend of the forum. However, with regards to yours let me know once you've done it, if you have any questions let me know I'll respond as soon as possible.

If you do not care if you ever order from there again do it as many times as you feel comfortable, because you can always use another persons account at the end of the day. I've told these to a lot of people and they've never had any issues.

P.s - They do not check the weight of items sent, they used to years ago not anymore. There's nothing which they do to prove they sent the items, they will just issue you a refund/replacement.

Happy Halloween weekend!

Wouldn't recommend doing them.

That's because you didn't apply your method against the nature of the Item. "Any" company and "anyone" can be SEd.

The shoes would've registered a significant weight on consignment, and when the Investigation was opened to cross-check the details with the carrier, It would have been deemed as delivered.
How would you handle this?

By not using the missing Item/partial method.

It's pretty much common sense.

But you're always asking: "what's the weight from the item"
What is it's not more than 1kg? What would your methode be?

I ask for the weight and dimensions, so I can advise on the appropriate method. Would you use the "missing Item" method, on a pair of steel cap boots that weigh 1.2Kg? Neither would I.

For an Item of that weight, obviously the DNA or alternatively, the wrong Item received method.
