Ive just rang them again and he said he couldnt see an email from me. I told him i had sent one and that it was begginging to be a bit of a mess about as ive been waiting.... Im gonna rig up tomorrow and try the same thing and hope they process the claim

Ive just rang again and told them that I have sent the email with all the info on and they are just saying that they haven't received anything. It was much the same as the first 2 phone calls. Any ideas on what I can do? Should i just send the Legal statement and my ID?
