The total worth is £329.
I also have prime and can only order it with prime. Is that an issue?
Package comes next day (probably friday) and then I contact them 1 hour later saying package DNA. I will make someone else sign it for me if it happens to need a signature which it probably will. Just recently I ordered something for a mate worth around £120 and I had to sign for it. I also know someone who has refunded the exact same thing and he also said he was asked for signature.
Signature is obviously coming.
Way I see it, I live in UK and we have different laws to you guys in America. Here if you say you did not recieve the package, to prove you have it they would need to search your house which they will not do. Here stuff like this is considered a civil matter. And that is why I believe I got away with it along with perfect timing.
My last SE was 5 months ago and I have a lot of orders in between that period. My account was made a long time ago.
I make someone else sign, say they hid it if I get caught and that is all. After all, I've seen you mention in another post the loophole of the declaration slip. "To my knowledge" even though I sign this and comply this will avoid any legal action because I was not aware the package was delivered hence I was telling the truth.
If everything goes upside down and they catch me and it doesn't work or they ask for police reports, I say my mate had it and a week later return the product saying I found it cheaper elsewhere.

It's not confusing at all.
Simply put, If the package was left without an authorizing signature on receipt, you didn't receive It. Delivered Is not an Indicator that you personally received It.

You don’t need to get someone else to sign it. You just sign it yourself but put a different name.
I’d still go with wrong item. Purchase a different item on a different account different address that ways very very similar. Then send them a message saying I’ve got my parcel but it’s not what I’ve ordered at all. I’ve done it a few times with computer parts. Mainly SSD drive and a CPU
