Yeah this one is a lost cause, I sent her a corrupted video of someone using the headset on Youtube, the thumbnail etc was fine but the file doesn't open. This was the reply:

Unfortunately I'm unable to open the attachment. I kindly want to ask you to post the video on YouTube and provide us the link.
We need the S/N -number to be able to provide with a replacement. I would also like to receive the proof of purchase.
