I tried this, by modifying an Amazon purchase details page.. they some how checked the order number and said that it didn't match.. (Maybe they have a list of Amazon order refs for their product??)

Tile has gotten way more difficult now. They ask for pictures, videos and they recently started asking for pictures of the QR code on the back of the Tile which contains info about the Tile itself like a serial. They also cross check order numbers from all their retailers. I know this because I had an SE store on another forum and would SE a few Tiles a day. Not impossible to SE but they definitely upped their sec.

How comes I just SE'd their pro model and slim model?

Because it's still possible to SE. I said it's not impossible to SE just harder. I only SE 2 packs and 4 packs of Tile Pro's and that's when they ask for pictures,videos,cross-check receipts, and ask for pictures of the QR codes. They even escalate to email at times, but I'm still successful. Maybe SE'ing single Tiles is way easier. Anyhow good for you you SE 'd them.

Because it's still possible to SE. I said it's not impossible to SE just harder. I only SE 2 packs and 4 packs of Tile Pro's and that's when they ask for pictures,videos,cross-check receipts, and ask for pictures of the QR codes. I agree single tiles are way easier. I just do it on multiple different emails and get probably 5 tiles and just sell them all as a bundle

Yeah for 4 pack of Tiles I age accounts. I SE them as they sell, but bundling them up sounds like a good idea.

so for you to be successful now, you need a picture or screenshot of the actual receipt from the original buyer and just send that to them with the same tile and a picture of the back of it so it all matches up?

EDIT: tried twice and both reps asked for videos right off the bat, much harder to do now with out the video
