Multiple at a time? Buy like 2 and say both are missing the airpods??

Actually i might try to double dip hmmm

RE: Airpods Sites - TalkingPhone - 08-19-2019

Yea double dipping would be the best options if you want to get multiple airpods at a time

Given they're extremely light and will not register a weight on consignment, they cannot cross-check the details with the carrier.
This is a slippery slope as I attempted it from Amazon and they said they know they airpods were delivered and they refused to give me a refund. Maybe it was a bluff and they were lying but it's not as 100% guarantee as some would have you believe, that being said, I want to attempt airpods from somewhere in the UK again.

On what grounds did they base their delivery confirmation?

This Is the first question I would've asked before taking the matter further.

I recall they said, "we cross checked with the carrier and he was adamant the airpods were delivered with the earbuds inside. On this occasion we will side with the carrier and therefore refuse to refund you." Paraphrasing of course but this is what they said. I had to back track and say someone took the airpods out as a joke and returned them a couple of days later.

The carrier will not physically open the box to check It's contents. It's against company protocol to tamper with a sealed package, so what they've told you Is pure nonsense.

The only way Is to cross-check the weight, and compare the Item (net) weight with the gross weight (entire contents).

I know right that's what I was thinking but with it being a fairly new account I didn't dispute there decision. They also got me to sign an affidavit and they still refused me. I might try again from somewhere else.

I dont understand how you get to this point, all Amazon SE's I have done have been refunded within 2 minutes never been asked to sign anything, they cannot prove they were not in the box so them claiming they have checked is a lie. They SE'ed you aha!

I don't see why they requested an affidavit, when their Intention was to decline the claim.

Sometimes, as with your case here, It's best to leave It be and move onto another company/Item.
