Did you already send in the picture? Then just say you can't really plug it in because the cord is cut, remember?

Razer should of asked for the address within the 1st live chat instance and then confirmed 1 to 2 times the information is correct. Seems odd but hey ho.
Even if they do ask for it back you can bypass this by saying "You read online that other people have had to wait 4-7 weeks for the RMA process. is there no quicker way" At which point you should get the "cut cord" reply.
Unless of course you have already gone past this stage and you are hoping they dont ask for the cut cord item back which they wont so you should be golden.
