And I do a chargeback, will I always get my money 100% back? I don’t have anything linked to my paypal like a creditcard, ... just paypal balance. Also how long does it take to get the money back?Well, you can like if you change your mind about the item. But it would be better if you tell the seller that you want a refund. I've given that a shot before, paypal banned my account and credit card, had to argue on the phone for a couple hours for them to start an investigation ended up winning that but it was a hassle. Ahh, giver a shot, you should be fine. If you have a laptop or something of similar nature there are ways to go about keeping yourself hidden and protected without going out of the way to purchase a new phone. Phones can always be traced as they have IMEI's and other identifying features on them, I'm not the best with this sort of stuff, perhaps @mothered could help with you with this in more detail than I can. In my experience authorities do not tend to go after pursuing small transactions and fraudulent activities, although SEing is still fraudulent. I use what works for me, but everyone is different Keep you ends closed and good luck. Cheers, Copscalled |
