How does Parrot function on a live boot?
I assume you've Installed both OSes on two separate partitions, each dedicated to their own?

if you keep on having problems with your dual boot right. Just use A VM.

i have installed parrot os in a seprate partition in my hdd

i have total 8gb of ram and in vm i can't use ttal 8gb of ram but in dual boot parrot os can run in it's full power so many tools can runs faster that's why i am not using vm

try to install it again, maybe you did something wrong, edit, don't forget the swap partition

How does It behave as a live OS?
I'm just trying to establish whether It's an Installation/storage Issue.
