Although the above reply has posted a fix, have you tried running It with admin privileges and/or on another PC?

for me 2.1.6 was working where all version were dead. can you upload the link i will test again. i try a lot run as admin its running in taskmanger but no interface .even i turn off antivirus too.

I was going to check 2.1.6 and 2.5.1 but after looking I've seen that the Launchers use to run it was both missing.
so I can't for sure give you an answer. I can say that most people do have an issue where it won't run. and suggest swapping over to Open Bullet.

in my case nothing was missing.the program is not starting.

All blackbullet versions cannot be used now. All has been deleted.
Including openbullet by forlax is also deleted

What do you mean? OpenBullet can still be downloaded off of GitHub. Just search it on Google. It's usually the first result.

Yes, for OB V1.13 it works. I know it's always updated on Github
I mean for version 1.2. Release. Does not work anymore.

RE: Question about Blackbullet. - NullData - 06-17-2019

I am running OB 1.0.0 and have no issues at all. I might modify mine to where I add a proxy scraper into it like the one I’ve seen on Git.
