None at all, im unsure if this is because I buy items off amazon on a weekly basis. It took a matter of minutes for replacement to be organised. Thanks again.

When using the same method on the same Item and company, some SEs are extremely simple, whilst others are a complex process with no justifiable reason.
It depends on the rep (mood), and whether he/she Is compliant In Issuing a refund/replacement there and then.
