It's odd though, when I used to SE steelseries a while back, they would always ask me to send it to their warehouse in Denmark, never seen it go all the way to the US before. It used to be that you could just say that the item is on its way to the warehouse in Denmark, and then they would give you the coupon code. If you're good at photoshop, you could just ask if you can "break the left headphone" or something like that. Good luck anyways.

This is what they said.
"We are so sorry to inform you that your RMA request has been declined and the RMA number will be void from our system. This is unfortunately due to the fact that you no longer have the product and/or are unable to complete the requested steps as part of the RMA process."
Unsuccessful attempt, how can I improve on this? I thought safety concerns were important for consumers.
