In future times, just DM me, because other people doesn't know the context.
It's better to try/start with easier/more popular shops, as
1) they will have a more professional customer service
2) more listings on eBay
3) other people will have done it and they can give you help.
I know I said this a lot, but refunding is a lot easier then se'ing.

I used to do some small-time SEing, conning a whopping 5 euro compensation coupon. After the first time i did it and noticed just how easy it was, I did it more, mostly out of curiosity.
If money isn't really your thing, hit up Mars. Ime they always send 10 chocolate bars.
But this is REALLY simple SEing, no gains here.
G2A & Kinguin were so easy back in the day, free games for days. I'd assume they are far harder to con nowadays, still possible.

Get some Logitech serial numbers, make a new account and add the serial number on the account.
Say that the keyboard or whatever the serial number is for, won't connect. Run their troubleshooting and then say everything doesn't work.
They'll send you a replacement immediately.
