I just called them and they want me to sign some sort of "legal paper" and then some investergation within 24/h.
Did you do the same? heard the legal paper should be fine to sign

Yes the partial method works I recieved my order and rang them up it was no problem i got my refund

I do agree and In my experience, I can say the same.
I exhaust all avenues and probabilities when SEing, and there's still the possibility that they'll cross-check with the carrier.
