Judging by your reply, I'd say Adidas has certain guidelines that they must adhere to when receiving returns. Yours must've failed to meet their requirements. The main thing Is, you've received the refund. RE: Adidas - C8Stingray - 12-01-2019 Paypal seems to be pretty seperate from the victim company during a claims process. I've had success with this on 4 different accounts now. Process is simply wrong item received>paypal tells you to return the item>you box them and give paypal the tracking number>once the box gets delivered paypal refunds you your money. Quote:once the box gets delivered paypal refunds you your money.Too easy and certainly beneficial to the SE'er If PayPal had better measures In place, they'd ask for confirmation on delivery of "goods", and only then can a refund be Issued to the account holder. Simply put, no return "Item" received by the seller, no refund generated. Sadly that's PayPal for you. Many people are being fucked over by their lack of communication with the selling parties. Either way, glad it worked out. I even caught this before it was delivered, called paypal to inform them they said yahyah no problem. Couple days later return gets delivered so the refund goes out my account, I call them back pissed af and they keep telling me they can't do anything I should've had the correct return address listed in the first place. The company is a clusterfuck lol.(12-01-2019, 06:11 AM)C8Stingray Wrote: Paypal seems to be pretty seperate from the victim company during a claims process.
