Can it go with an real empty box or should I try to get some dry ice using a fire extinguisher? Some carriers round off the weight to the nearest figure (hence will succeed), whilst others document It's exactness (thus will fail). To be on the safe side, I'd say opt for the dry Ice. RE: Can normal ice be used instead of dry ice? - Glux007 - 04-29-2019 Thanks! I’ll go that way! Don't use regular ice, it'll be very suspicious. Possible, yes. Smart, no. And why revive a thread older than a year that has already been answered lol. The same would apply for dry ice, no? You allow enough time for sublimation based on the capacity of the dry Ice, the delivery schedule (duration In transit) and atmospheric conditions. RE: Can normal ice be used instead of dry ice? - Rednaxela1 - 06-14-2020 What am i reading? haha. Please don't use normal ice, is this a joke thread? Please don't use normal ice, is this a joke thread?Unfortunately, users are still adamant on using traditional Ice cubes. I've read this (as a guest) on many boards. Logic has It, that they'll melt before (or when) the package reaches the carrier's depot. |
