Was more thinking where you convince them you brought a product but it was faulty and they send you a new one (like the razer method) . Suppose it could be addapted easily just wanted to know companies you have lots of success with.

Have a couple of ideas for that already but I can't test it :/ I can give you tips and maybe advice to see if you guys can successfully do it?
