Check their terms to make sure your content Is not In violation.
You don't want to generate a lot of effort, only to find It's taken down a short time later.

You want to take SE down? Not exactly the forum to be doing that on. Maybe if you want to take it down, don't be creating receipts and invoices for people to be using - Mothered had to stop you from bordering on fraud with bank statements and the like.
SEing isn't exactly a 'thing' that can be taken down. After all, companies know all about it, they just can't do much about it since it affects a small borderline of their business and there is no way to tell the difference between a genuine complaint and an SE one.
As for the streaming of your live phone calls, it would be good for private use but if somebody from the law gets a sniff of your activity, good luck. Regardless if you're doing it to 'take it down' or not.

As i said before, I'm going to saturate every method I find and release every method that worked for me. Poor choice of words when I said take it down lol.

It was a poor choice of words haha.
SEing can't be taken down due to the fact that we're posing as legit customers with issues lol. However, if you release all your methods, you're not just making it harder for SEing but for genuine customers to actually RMA stuff lol.

I feel like a more entertaining version of things would be an educational version of what you're trying to do. Rather than going out with the intention of "leaking every method," to intentionally trying to saturate it (I don't think many people would tune in for a stream targeted towards this), why don't you educate your viewers / watchers on the techniques and methods that you know and come across. By doing this, you still get your goal on a very low scale of saturating specific methods, but you'll gain more viewers and more potential as you'll be educating and showing how SE'ing can really be done.

everyone would view a SE Stream that leaks private and working methods and how to execute them via phone, I have a plan already just thinking about releasing some big methods then work my way to take subscribers requests and do the company they want to see.
