Due to the cost and the method used (DNA), most likely an Investigation will be opened, whereby they'll cross-check with the carrier's consignment. So be prepared for that. You can use the "wrong Item received" method, by purchasing a "stock" Item that's significantly cheaper. When they request the return, send that. Literally refunded Nike 3 times in the past 2 weeks, all 3 times being around £400 each. Do a partial refund, for one pair of shoes just throw in 2/3 shirts and say only the shirts came. They will usually start an investigation but that's normal and you'll get refund confirmation within the next 2-3 working days, sometimes you'll get lucky and get it on the spot (happened 1/3 times). They don't cross-check the weight with the courier so ignore anyone who says otherwise, as long as the order looks realistic to the support team you'll be fine. |
