Purchase an Item that the company stocks (Inventory), Is significantly cheaper and weighs roughly the same as the GPU. On request, send the wrong Item. As with the DNA, this Is a universal method that works with the majority of companies.

I get the general idea of this method, but I'm a little confused. You say "On request, send the wrong item" but I'm a little confused as to on what request?

I was looking to do similar thing, but the expensive graphics cards weigh double of the cheap ones.
One idea is to say that the box included an item you didn't order. Something heavy, like a power supply.
You can say something along the lines of:
"It seems like I got someone else's order. There is a different GPU in the box and there is also a power supply in the box which I didn't order."

Only problem is the size of the box. If the graphics card fits tightly you are in trouble, cause they record the size of the box.
Or you can order a graphics card and a power supply and then say that you received 2 power supplies.
The weight of a power supply is close to the weight of 1 expensive GPU.

Lets us know how it went.

wouldnt they track your purchase otherwise if you bought stock item and claimed it shouldve been GPU?

order the stock item from a different store/a new account

Return cheap item to the GPU store and get full refund?

1. Order the desired item from store 1
2. Order another item that is significantly cheaper and around the same weight, from any store (store 2)
3. Message Amazon and claim that you received the wrong item
4. Amazon will ask you to return the wrong item, this is where you return item 2 that is around the same weight and cheaper
5. Return it and keep the item that you originally wanted

Ah that clears up my confusion entirely, thank you for that.

When you tell them that you've received an Incorrect Item, they'll ask to return It.

That's their request.
