Update:
I contacted them this morning, I said that the TV caught fire, and for serious risk to me and my family, I threw the TV in the trash. I also told them that they had already withdrawn it but they say they need the receipt of disposal. I now look for a company that deals with the disposal, I bring them my old TV that is broken, I tell him to write on the invoice that it is the TV 42 ", do you think that reimburse me? Or they make fun of me?

For my instance , I was refunded via a "One-time exception" after reiterating my frustration in a calm manner and leading the conversation to me asking for one.

SITUATION UPDATE:
After taking more chat with them, we have come to an agreement, I have to dispose of the TV. Now I need a receipt from a company, dispose of, electronic equipment. Do you think I can give them a receipt created by me? Will they go check?
