Just curious... if this is the method you use. How would that work? If you can't see the claim code how tf are you going to be able to see the serial lol.

If someone is selling one on ebay or something like that, they might post a picture of the back of it. Then you can see the serial but not the scratched off claim code.

I need to learn more about this lol.. I have a $800 Amazon GC serial and picture right now. So the claim code could be on the back as well? Im confused..

Edit: Never had a physical Amazon GC just looked at the pictures. Claim code is on the back. I do have the serial though. Possible to SE?

I think you cleared it up for me. You're saying that in order to perform this SE, you need at least a partial claim code.. Like a card that has half of it scratched off in order to perform this SE.. You give them part of it and make up a reason why you don't have or can't get the rest and then give them the serial to validate your claim and add the funds to your account? So I can't just get the serial number from the GC and call and SE them lol. That would sure be nice.

So you saying you can say that you purchased one from ebay and they sent you a picture of the card.. you can see the serial but not the claim code... I thought they sold Amazon GC through email and physical copies I didn't know they sent pictures.
