Pretty much the same measurements you would take. Just in case you feel lazy there are people who can do refunds for pay for a small fee which you pay after the refund is confirmed.

what measurements haha im new to this

This is where somebody more experienced comes in haha. but pretty sure it's like what i said before about getting greedy you should do it here n there. And use different methods like DNA or partial got to switch it up.

I'd be very surprised If Amazon doesn't detect both accounts linked.

It's not possible to be conclusive, but I can say that It'll have a very high chance of detection/link between the two.

Do not have any Identifiable Information that can possibly link both accounts.

Timing Is also crucial. For Instance, allow sufficient time between each SE- a few weeks to a month apart Is considered safe.

How can you justify that the broken glass has an Impact on the other Items to the point of warranting a refund?

It'd be a tough case to make since glass could just simply be removed from the package. Far different than from if nail polish or anything chemical/toxic related. You could play the sympathy card but that is highly dependent on the rep. If you do decide to proceed with the glass method , it is almost paramount you get a female representative. From my experiences , they far easier to receive sympathy from in terms of getting them to help you.

Just as a note , broken glass is best used on light items that are shipped alone. There is a wealth of information on this forum regarding SE'ing Amazon so please be sure to refer to them.

I understand from a safety perspective, but as per below, you wish to claim a refund for every other Item. How does the broken glass on "one Item" Impact on the other Items to warrant a refund?

Amazon can link the IP address so do not use the same WiFi
And billing address has to be different
