Do you guys think I can SE this? https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0001WO7GK/ref=crt_ewc_title_oth_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3O29CG3M5ASKS
It doesn't have a fullfilled but has prime, which I have. I'm guessing it isn't a loss on amazon so I kinda feel bad but this is my first time trying one that isn't fullfilled so I'm not sure how it works.

If it’s not sold and dispatched by amazon or at least fulfilled by amazon then don’t bother. Third party sellers fight back hard not to give a refund especially if the item is expensive and there’s proof of delivery like a signature. You’re better off finding a watch sold by amazon unless you want to spend a month battling with a third party seller on a case you may not win. You have to remember these third party sellers are usually small businesses, so can’t afford to take a loss and give refunds all willie nillie.

Funnily enough, it seems like the watch is now fulfilled by amazon haha, you think the risk is high still? How would you proceed with it?

How do I go on doing boxing or didn't receive? I heard they have a high rate of police reports so I've never tried them. Also, does it have to be sold by Amazon or just fullfilled? Sorry for all the questions, thanks a lot!
This is the first time I’ve heard of police reports and I’ve been involved with refunding/SE’ing for many years. I am not saying I don’t believe you, because trust me I actually have no reason not to believe you, but I would like to know more about police reports actually happening to people

I haven't experienced it myself, but it seems like police reports are opened frequently when using the method around the forums from what I read. Maybe its relative to the value of the item?

A police report Is part of company protocol based on the account holder's circumstances at the time. That Is, It's simply used by the administrative department to move forward with the claim.

The value Is Immaterial- I've personally experienced the requirement for a police report on an Item valued at 80$.

Have you heard of Police reports or something similar for Amazon in the UK? I’ve seen people on here experiencing them in the US but haven’t heard of anyone coming across it in the UK
