to my luck i woke up today to them saying they processed a refund so i replied back to the email saying “ nevermind it was a separate package she ordered i thought it was mine and i got confused” probably wasn’t the best excuse but we move but do you think when they see the email they’ll ask for the phone back now in response?

You've backed up the story of not receiving your package quite well.

It's hard to say what they'll do on their end, but to me, It justifies the DNA.

Yoo man sorry for interrupting but im just finising my 3rd amzn refund and I was wondering what shops and items exactly should I hit to let amazon rest for a bit? The easier they could be reselled the better for me bcs im doing it for money only. Appreciate your help.

Did you claim the earbuds were missing when you opened the box?

If so, It's obviously not a theft-related Incident, hence a PR has no relevance whatsoever to your claim.
