Provided It's not a significant (combined) weight, a partial refund will work.
As said, you can opt for the wrong Item received method. DNA Is predominantly carrier-based and considered a generic method, so that too will suffice.
Thanks for your help mothered. I raised a DNA and after a 2 day investigation they've decided to refund me for the whole thing.

It's good to read you've succeeded. As said, the DNA Is more so carrier-based so when In doubt, use that method. It works with the majority of companies.
