No, I haven't even tried to contact them again. I've been too busy to even mess with it because it's honestly nothing to me... but should I call back and ask to speak with a supervisor?

Having the matter escalated to a senior level, overrides the current one, thus has the capacity to settle It In your favor. I'm speaking from experience of 25+ years In just about every facet of SEing, customer service, exploitation- you name It. Over 90% of successful outcomes, were due to remaining adamant, speaking with (their) seniority and not taking "no" for an answer.

Absolutely. I'm pretty active around here because I feel it's an actual SE community and I'm glad I found it. Actual feedback and suggestions rather than people just chiming in and trying to sell their services. I have learned things here.
