It depends on the rep you're dealing with, the nature of your method, how well It's prepared and It's effectiveness when executed.
There's a lot of variables Involved.

In terms of this case, obviously their refund policy and what grounds a refund Is Issued.
Also, whether they cover Items lost In transit. For example, If you're boxing the company, check If they cover loss of goods. There's a lot more, but It's beyond the scope of this post to detail everything.
