Ah, it seems like you won't be able to get one from them. In the USA I had a RMA where they just sent me another fitbit 2, but they checked my account and saw I actually owned one on the app.

There are guys that offer boxing services, incase you are afraid of it. Just look on the forum!

Do whatever you're comfortable with.
Your confidence will Improve with experience, however you need to attain It and the only way to do that, Is to perform boxing at some point.
