You've previously mentioned a ballpark figure where you're from, and I'm quite familiar with It. The same applies to other localities- for my line of work (exploitation of "any" target), It's paramount to be well-Informed of how they operate as a whole.
It can be achieved where you're at. If you have any Issues with a given SE, create a thread and I'll be there to provide assistance.
