What can I do about an amazon order that I’m trying to refund? They took a picture of it at my door. The item is fairly expensive and pretty heavy too so I wouldn’t be able to do something like say it’s not in the box. What are my other options?

You just right click the image, open with text. Delete some characters of the text and save. If you open the image, it should say "unable to open"
That's how I play it.
Guess it depends on personal preference
