New email today - they’ve concluded the investigation and found the delivery was concluded successfully & they can’t accept liability for orders that go missing after the delivery has been completed. For this reason, we are unable to issue you with a replacement or refund.

Yes.

They want a police report (hard copy) that costs over £100. I’ve got the report number but not hard copy.

Are you still able to return the item normally for a refund?

Did you Inform them of this?

The point Is, you've attempted to get a hardcopy & stamped report but the police In your locality does not provide It, hence they've asked Apple to get In contact with them.

All In all, Apple Is at fault for refusing to comply with the officer's Instructions - which Is precisely where your claim stands.
