If I don't get any communication in the next day I'll get back in touch with them?
Email them and say that given they're Investigating It with the carrier, there's no reason for you to do the same.

If they argue that point, tell them that you've purchased and claimed through them, not the carrier, therefore all communications will be between you both.
I've replied with this.
But since I've got no reply how many days should I wait before contacting them again?

It's not your fault that they refuse to reply, so contact them every few days or so.

They replied that according to carrier that according to x-ray checking process both watch and case was inside.
And local carrier confirmed it wasn't opened for clearance process at my nation customs.
And they confirm there weren't any trouble with the shipping during several investigations.

In this regard they are not supporting anymore on their site and to contact carrier or a third party institution.

Did you at any point, tell them the condition of the package after It arrived at your address?

Yes I told them and sent some photos as you suggested me (according to their instruction).
Is the SE failed?

I don't remember the events of your SE, nor do I have the time to sift through all posts, hence my questions.

What exactly did you say about the package?

In short:

First of all I told that the watch wasn't inside the watch case.
They opened an investigation and concluded it was shipped correctly.

So I told that the box was damaged.
They opened an investigation with carrier and asked for photos.
I sent photos of the part remained untouched by me with clear sign of tampering (as you suggested).
By the way they confirmed it was shipped well and carrier don't confirm any damage to the box.

So based on your instruction I asked for photos of the package condition at time it was dropped at my address.
But they didn't provide any.
And they concluded investigation.

So I asked to re-escalate and they comed up with the conclusion I told you today.

^ This Is what you need to focus on.

How did the carrier conclusively confirm the package was not damaged when It arrived at your address? What evidence does the carrier have In support of their statement? If they cannot fulfil both questions, their Investigation Is Inconclusive - which essentially finalizes the claim In your favor.

It's that simple.

Good.

I can assure you that they will not be able to address each question. Expect a reply with some type of nonsense.
