They’re still doubling down insisting I will need to pay for one and have confirmed that yeah doing so will leave me out of pocket.
The contractual agreement is between myself and Apple. Yet they’re citing the courier - I told them the courier is irrelevant as the contracting party is myself and Apple.
Probably going to chargeback them.

Did you try threatening them with a police report against them for fraud? I know they're big and filled with lawyers, but it would still show you're quite pissed at them

Did anyone ever try this with a macbook? Any results? I just hit them with a successful EB for a phone, I wanted to get greedy and do a macbook instead but not sure it would have worked. Their weight cross checking has been non-existent in the past few weeks so I thought it may be possible.
