I'm trying to refund an order and the representative said
"I see that the carrier has marked this item as delivered and please do not worry we are here for you.
To help you with this, I will right away start the internal investigation for this and make sure that the item is located ASAP
And I will also submit the Carrier feedback form regarding this so as to make sure this does not happen again in the future."
All my previous refunds have been successful and my highest refund has been a $550 order with no questions asked. I know that some reps aren't allowed to refund if the order is over a certain amount so I think this is why an investigation is being done but I'm a little nervous as this is the first time this has happened. Anyone have any advice on what to expect/do going forward with this?

So I have a new untested method.. tell me if its any good.. *i like the dry ice method, but what the box is going to be smoking when you hand it in at the post office???) what if i just return the box with some heavy thing inside of similar weight, and just package it really badly, so that it already looks tampered with?.. then i can just say it was there when I returned it, putting the blame onto the post office insurance or whatever??
