Given you were charged twice, didn't the bank look at your statements to Identify the transactions?

The second debit on your account has clearly taken place, so why can't the bank Identify It?

Attending the police station and filing the report will solve your Issue.

Your account was clearly Incorrectly debited, so the bank must reimburse your funds for the second transaction made In error.
