When you guys are referring to EB. Do you guys mean the item packaging is inside without the electronics or just an empty box that was shipped?

Just did my first EB with apple yesterday. I could not get the refund but they sent me a replacement and im gonna send the first product back to get my money back. It took just 2 hours between the call and the replacement confirmation no questions asked not even photos. Srry for my bad english im from latin america

Basically just the phone missing for example, watch, AirPods etc just not packed inside the box but the packaging is intact with no tampering shown.

It was an apple watch and i told them the box came with no watch inside, not even a single question asked for the replacement. Not sure if this works on an iphone. Im from MX
