Thanks for sharing this! As a newcomer to SE, having access to these methods is invaluable.
Also, and this is probably my own ignorance causing it, but I’m having trouble downloading the files from file-up.org. I’m on an iPhone tho if makes a difference.

Due to the age of the thread, it could well be, that the files are no longer available on file-up.org...
Maybe someon has them and would be so kind to reupload them?
