They have the capacity to check accounts across different regions but as said, If there's no reason to do so, they won't.
can doing the same SE in another region give a reason for them to check?

Amazon will not have reason to check and take action on accounts that're In good standing.

Hello again I tried to se amazon fr with my old account but no order from there.So after the contact they want police report from me what should I do?
I firstly contacted with them for my address is wrong and the close the chat and after that contacted and want to cancel it because address is wrong.After recieved status I contacted and agent said wait 1 day. when the time come I contacted again but they want police report what should I do? And If I want to return it what should I do again?

What Issues are you experiencing with the PR? Is It because they don't comply with reports where you're located?
