I just did the basic chipotle complaint to get some free burrito giftcards and am wondering how to do this multiple times? I assume I can't just do it again, even from a different email and use the same name and mailing address, what's the best way to go about this? Thanks!!!

Tell them you didn't receive it in the mail after two weeks. Simple as that.

Sorry for the late reply, But here's the answer.
If there was signature confirmation and you signed your real, then it's over. You can't SE them anymore. You can say that someone stole the package and that it's gone. If Amazon makes you sign a paper saying that you did not take it ( which they most likely will not) then you have to give up. Otherwise that, just tell them that someone stole it

That works thanks, but what if I want more, I can do that once but then it seems the gig is up. Someone must have found a way to keep this going...right?
