Hi all!! I did this, and eShopWorld only refunded the items that were legit, and not the ones I swapped. Should I talk to an agent or take this as a loss and not fight for it? I’m in America.

OP here, I posted this method in 2021..it may not work anymore. Fight the case, because the squeaky wheel always gets the grease. be annoying, post a review on the BBB website.
